Misleading

I love the cases, don't get me wrong. I ordered from punkcase. ca
I assumed it shipped from Canada. No. Wrong.
I was hit with $46cdn on duties and taxes to obtain my case. Almost the same as the case itself. It should be written at the checkout in Large, easily found print so this is not a surprise.

Would be 5 stars but shipping is 50/50 on proper delivery.

My husband and I ordered phone cases on the same day (different orders, same address) and mine came direct from USA to Canada. My husbands went from USA to Germany and is still there or possibly trying to be delivered there, We have new phones in hand and have been waiting to set up with phone cases, What has caused this issue? HORRIBLE

Worst customer service, never answered any emails I sent with proper answers. It was all automated email responses. Never received product. They will not refund. If I could -0 star I would.
