I ordered this case in rose gold and received the wrong case colour. After contacting customer service, I was given two remedies: 1) 20% of the price refunded (for a case I never wanted), 2) ship it back at my own dime for a full refund. It would cost me more than the price of the case to send it back. Do NOT buy from this company. It’s a scam.
